Data protection declaration according to GDPR

This privacy policy in accordance with the GDPR describes which personal data I use and how I use it. This is all the data I collect when you buy a product from me. If data is passed on to third parties, the guidelines of the respective third parties apply to the handling of this data.

What data is collected?

If you buy a product from Wilde Käthe, I will record your name, address and necessary information about the product you are buying from me (e.g. clothing size, body measurements).

For what purpose are your data stored? What is the legal basis for this?

Due to retention and documentation obligations under commercial and tax law, I must store personal data that is necessary in connection with these laws. The processing of the data is therefore necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter B of GDPR. If I store other data from you, I will obtain your express consent to do so beforehand.

To which third parties will personal data be shared?

To process purchases and orders, I commission third parties, such as parcel service providers (Hermes, DHL, dpd, Deutsche Post). Your postal address will be passed on here. No other data will be passed on.

How long is data stored?

Data that is required for tax purposes is stored for ten years and then deleted. Other data, such as information on clothing and body size, is deleted after the cancellation period has expired and after payment has been received.

I will not pass on your data to countries outside the EU.

Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to receive information about the storage of your personal data. If I have stored data after your consent that does not relate to the commercial and tax law proof requirements, you have the right to have this data deleted at any time upon request.

You also have the right to contact a data protection authority if you wish to lodge a complaint about the handling of your data.

In accordance with the GDPR, I, Katja Schwabe, am responsible for your personal data. You can contact me for data protection-related inquiries at katja@wildekaethe.com .
